Igor Mamlenkov

Igor Mamlenkov (artistic name – Garik Wiskin), 1988, Russia.

At the age of 15, he began dancing breakdance in various teams in Russia, Belorussia, Denmark and Sweden until his departure for Barcelona.

In Barcelona, Igor met many performing artists with whom he studied and worked, - Jango Edwards, Johnny Melville, Jef Johnson, Ale Risorio. Alongside Arseniy Kovalskiy, he created a duo show «Soñeneros». In Spain and Portugal, he has worked as a performer, director and clown in TV programs, short and feature films, festivals and theatres. Took a three-month course in the official LeCoq school. In 2015, he created his first solo clown show “THE SPOILER” about Jewish secretary – Joseph Kranik.

In 2016, he was admitted to Accademia Teatro Dimitri and currently is studying there Master Degree in Physical Theatre. The same year, he and his group of master students have created physical theatre performance INSOMNIA, directed by Pavel Stourac. In summer of 2016, he took part in the International Summer Project LOD’/A BOAT at Theatre Continuo.

He participated as an additional clown in Slava’s Snow Show in the tournee in Lausanne, November, 2016.

In 2017 he participated as one of the main characters in the play Radio Frankenstein by Markus Zohner Arts Companie (Lugano, CH), and due to its success, the tournee repeated in 2018. Thanks to the demand, the new tours are yet to come.

His first solo show DOMOVOI (clown and physical theatre) had its premiere on 19 and 20th of January, 2018. Now he is fully occupying in this production and all the side projects connected to it.

The second solo clown show KTO TAM? (Pandemic-friendly street show) was creating during the pandemics 2020, performed and now is continuing on the road. Director is Xavier Bouvier (OkiDok duo)
