Cassandra Estelle is an aerialist, contemporary ballet dancer, gogo dancer, burlesque performer, actress, & model based in New York City.
Cassandra is an alum of the University of Hawai'i at Manoa and the London Contemporary Dance School. She has extensive training in classical ballet (Cecchetti & Vaganova), modern dance (Cunningham, Graham, Improvisation & Release), harness & flying effects, aerial arts, and other varied performance disciplines.
Performance highlights include performing as a flying robot in an IKEA commercial, performing a sway pole show at Dollywood with Melbourne-based company, Sway, performing a recurring aerial act for Webster Hall's "This is GOTHAM," Speakeasy Dollhouse's "Ziegfeld Midnight Frolic," flying on the side of a 300-foot building for the Rochester Fringe Festival, and producing two “Spellbound” shows that involved elements of ballet, burlesque, aerial and poetry. She was also the harness and flying effects coach to the actors who performed in Spongebob Squarepants: The Musical on Broadway at The Palace Theater.
As an aerialist, Cassandra has worked for Sway, The Poetry Brothel, The Box, Black Haus Creative, Cirquetacular, House of Yes, On The Fly Productions, Speakeasy Dollhouse, Webster Hall, Prisma Dance, Gotham Hall, The Waikiki Acrobats, ABCirque, The House of Noire, and Grounded Aerial.
As a gogo dancer and showgirl, Cassandra regularly works for several companies in Atlantic City and New York including 26 Stars, Screaming Queens, Zhantra Entertainment, Jewelz Entertainment, High Caliber Entertainment, and GoEvents.
As a contemporary ballet dancer, Cassandra has worked for Keiko Fujii Dance Company, The Poetry Society of New York, Arch Contemporary Ballet, Grounded Aerial, Prisma Dance, Makhateli Ballet, and On The Fly Productions.
Cassandra performs burlesque under the stage name Mademoiselle Estelle. Her unique set at Webster Hall involved elements of burlesque, ballet, and aerial. As a burlesque dancer, she has worked for/graced the stages of House of Yes, The Box, Laurie Beechman, The House of Noire, The Poetry Brothel, Nurse Bettie, Apotheke, High Caliber Entertainment, The Slipper Room, and The Cutting Room, to name a few.
Cassandra is the in-house resident aerialist at The Cutting Room.
