Aryeh Lax

Aryeh Lax is a hand to hand and banquine porter with training in tumbling, handbalancing, troupe acrobatics, Russian bar, and character and comedy work. He has done corporate events for Animate Objects Physical Theater as a hand to hand acrobat and in assorted character and animation roles, two contracts for AIDA Cruises as a dinner theater acrobat and clown, and one tour with Cirque Dreams Holidaze as a Russian bar porter. He has also coached for all age, toddlers to 65+, in class, camp, and workshop formats, including coaching on staff at the School of Acrobatics and New Circus Arts in Seattle, WA, and Eastern Acrobatics and Circus in Natick, MA. He learned hand to hand under Jacob Skeffington at Eastern Acrobatics and Circus, and Russian bar under Jean-Luc Martin in the ProTrack Program at the San Diego Circus Center. Onstage, he pairs contemporary technique with traditional energy in exciting and elegant acrobatics that invite the audience into a shared world of wonder.
