Ariana's journey with movement began in the elite level competitive world of Rhythmic Gymnastics, which gave rise to her eventually coaching the sport. Her wish to broaden her movement horizons lead her to circus arts, ultimately allowing her to perform all around North America. In 2010, she began teaching various circus art disciplines, ranging from recreational students to professional performers, both across Toronto and around the world. In 2015, Ariana completed the Instructor in Circus Arts certification from the École Nationale de Cirque. Her teaching style focuses on the analytical skills needed for students to become safe, independent, and smart aerial artists through deconstruction and critical analysis. In 2017, Ariana moved towards building an arts management career. She currently works as a Programming Coordinator for TO Live, the organization that manages and programmes Meridian Hall, St. Lawrence Centre for the Arts, and Meridian Arts Centre - three historic Toronto venues encompassing seven theatre spaces, three rehearsal halls, and two gallery spaces.
