Amy May is a multi-skilled performer who has wowed audiences around the world with her iconic performances. Her love of the stage started at age 9 with a dance recital. As time went on that passion extended to other areas such as fire, pole, and of course aerials.
Originally from New Zealand, Amy moved to Australia to pursue her career as a dancer. She completed her first year of full time dance at Jason Coleman’s Ministry of Dance, and then received a scholarship to complete her training at The Space Dance & Arts Centre. From there she branched out, training different skills at a number of institutes, always looking to improve her craft including completing a professional aerials certificate at Aerial Angels.
Over the years Amy has performed at resorts, cruise ships, major corporate events, shows, and clubs around the world, including being approached by Coyote Ugly choreographer to perform at her venue.
Amy's credits also include Blanc De Blanc, P&O, Edinburgh Fringe Festival, Holey Moley TV, Australian Circus Festival, Miss Lyra Australia, World Rugby Sevens, Australia’s Got Talent.
