Alexis Hedrick

Alexis is a dynamic and versatile circus artist specializing in aerial rope and cyr wheel, with a strong background in acrobatics, juggling, and dance. Inspired by circus shows she saw as a kid in California, she left competitive gymnastics at age 11 to perform with Splash Circus and the San Francisco Youth Circus. Alexis went on to attend the National Institute of Circus Arts in Melbourne, Australia. She has performed all over the world with Cirque Bouffon, P&O Australia and AIDA Cruises, and around the US with Flynn Creek Circus, All Wheels Sports, and Shanghai Circus. Based out of Boston, she frequently performs for productions and private events with the Boston Circus Guild and in 2020 co-founded the contemporary collective Circus 617.
