Alexandra is a cyr and rope artist about to graduate with the inaugural class from Circadium School of Contemporary Circus. Two things are key in her work: strength & vulnerability. She explores the juxtaposition of these conflicting ideas and their relationship with perfectionism through pushing the limits of physical strength and emotional vulnerability. She connects with her audience through universal fear and insecurity; with cyr wheel, aerial rope, and acrobatics, she use circus to create a physical embodiment of these emotions. Alexandra endeavor to lead audiences on an emotional journey, and leave them with a greater understanding of themselves.
