I have my M.S. in Organizational Behavior and Business Management and have been in managerial roles for 10 years. I immerse myself in the vision and mission of those I work with, to gain a true understanding of wants and needs. I freelance, specializing in Personal Management, Grant Writing, and Nonprofit Development.
Being a self-motivated individual, I thrive in an environment with little direction and am very detail and deadline oriented. Obtaining my B.S. and M.S. online has given me the communication and organizational skills to work remotely both independently and collaboratively as a team.
My passion lies in helping individuals and nonprofits succeed in what they are passionate about and to redefine “no” into “let us find the solution to make these passions work”. Currently, I volunteer with the International Jugglers’ Association as the Treasurer.
