Job Description / Duties

Kidd Pivot, Vancouver’s world renowned dance theatre company is looking for a Lighting Director, with experience lighting dance, for our upcoming tour to Seoul, Taipei and Shanghai.

Qualifications / Required Skills
Applicants must be comfortable leading a crew to hang and focus instruments, often working with a translator. Applicants must have experience lighting dance and touring as a Lighting Director. Applicants must have experience programming on a grandMA2.

Additional Information
Approx tour dates are from May 23rd to June 15th, 2026. Knowledge transfer/ prep time might be required.

You will need to have a valid passport (valid for 6 months after the tour end date) and be able to freely travel to China, Taiwan and South Korea.

Salary: $1260-1500 / week commensurate with experience/qualifications
