Job Description
Calling all weird and wonderful theatre and walkabout artists… Nozstock Festival is going 20,000 acres under the sea this summer and is on the hunt for daring and dazzling acts to join us. Think Victorian-inspired steampunk mechanisms and machinery, combined with everything oceanic and underwater, in honour of Jules Verne's science-fiction masterpiece.

We are programming four days of performances on our popular theatre stage in the Department of Cultural Affairs, and we are interested in performers, artists or acts who incorporate science, technology, environment and climate issues into their work (although this is not strictly necessary - general ideas for workshops, games, spoken word and cabaret all welcome!)

We are also looking for walkabout artists to join us for all or part of the festival, which takes place 20th-23rd July 2023. If you are a walkabout artist, collective or something in between and are interested in attending the festival, then please contact us by 14th April - the more playful and interactive the better!
