Description:

Looking for volunteers to assist us in the preparation of the West Coast Aerial Arts Festival. We need assistance in all types of tasks from multi-media, social media, back stage managers and assistants, photographers and videographers, post production media compilation, organization, and editing, graphic designers, communicators, coordinators, and stage persons and more...

Based on tasks, we offer volunteer credits for school requirements, as well as access to the festival activities and workshops. Additional benefits can be discussed.

Requirements:

Knowledge of digital media platforms and outlets, including social media, websites, and other online channels.

Experience in video and/or photo editing at any stage of production.

Ability to design, create, and schedule engaging digital content (graphics, posts, stories, newsletters, etc.).

Familiarity with dissemination of news, announcements, and updates across multiple platforms, including reposting and cross-promotion.

Skill in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data from insights, analytics dashboards, and public reports to guide content strategy.

Strong understanding of current digital trends, hashtags, and platform-specific best practices.

Attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to adapt content for different audiences.

(Optional, but useful:) Basic knowledge of SEO, email campaigns, or digital advertising tools.
