Open Audition for Jesse Factor

The American Dance Festival (ADF) is holding an open audition for dancers to perform in "The Marthaodyssey" by Jesse Factor as part of the 2026 ADF performance season.

We are seeking dancers aged 16 and above who possess a strong physical presence, bold theatricality, and a sense of fun. While knowledge of Graham technique is helpful, it is not a strict requirement.

Key Dates & Availability:
* Audition: May 8, 2026, from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm at ADF’s Samuel H. Scripps Dance Studios. Registration is required to participate.
* Rehearsals: Dancers must be available for rehearsals on May 9 from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm, and from June 13 to June 16. Specific rehearsal times for June will be communicated as soon as possible, but participants must hold these dates.
* Performance: Wednesday, June 17, at 7:30 pm.

Compensation:
An honorarium of $100 will be provided, along with one ticket to attend the dance party following the performance.
