Imogen Reeve & Co. [ @imogenreeveco | @imogen_reeve ] is seeking one highly skilled, fast-learning, and creatively generous dancer to join the creation of Mother Computer — a new dance theatre work exploring AI, myth-making, folklore, and feminist reimaginings of cultural memory.
🔎 WHO THEY’RE LOOKING FOR:
• Leeds-based dancer ⚠️
• Female-identifying performers (inclusive of trans, queer & gender-expansive women)
• Strong technical foundation & theatrical presence
• Fast learner with precision, clarity & responsiveness
• Confident improviser & creative collaborator
• Interest in AI, storytelling, feminism & interdisciplinary work
• Comfortable with shared accommodation during residencies
• Available Feb–May 2026 (must be available for all dates listed below)
📆 PROJECT TIMELINE (2026):
• Audition: 9 January — Leeds, UK 🇬🇧
• Rehearsals & R&D: Feb–May — Leeds & Exeter, UK 🇬🇧
• International Residency: 18–22 May — DansiT, Trondheim, Norway 🇳🇴
• Tech & Promo: 28–29 May — Leeds, UK 🇬🇧
✈️ Must be eligible to travel internationally.
📘 Valid passport required (min. 3 months after return from Norway)
