Description:Description of the organismA performance venue but also a space for creation, sharing, support for emerging artists, and artistic experimentation, the Théâtre Halle Roublot / Cie Espace Blanc works to defend and promote contemporary puppetry and related arts. To offer the widest possible audience the experience of this multifaceted field, the THR's programming includes shows for everyone (from very young children to adults) and ensures the diversity of its artistic offerings. The season is also punctuated by parent-child workshops, residency showings, exhibitions… all opportunities for special encounters with artists to gain a closer look at the creative process. The venue is managed by Compagnie Espace Blanc, committed to this multifaceted art form. Ad description Each season, the THR (Théâtre Halle Roublot) makes its spaces available to companies working in the field of puppetry and related arts. Puppetry arts present a unique creative process that requires specific time and spaces. The Lieux-Compagnies Missionnés pour le Compagnonnage (LCMC) (Locations-Companies Designated for Mentorship) are spaces for creation, artistic exchange, and support for puppeteers throughout their professional development. As an LCMC, the Théâtre Halle Roublot supports artistic teams, and especially emerging artists. Since 2023, the Théâtre Halle Roublot has implemented a call for projects. This reflects a commitment to diversity in the selection of hosted companies: diversity of forms, audiences, themes explored, and the level of team structure. The selection, made collectively within the team, is based on artistic criteria, taking this representativeness into account. Cécile Givernet and Vincent Munsch, who have been at the helm since 2021, bring to the Théâtre Halle Roublot the same passion they share with Cie Espace Blanc. This is why particular attention will be paid to projects incorporating contemporary writing and/or sound dramaturgy. /// ⌜IN PRACTICE⌟ 📅 Applications until March 6 (at noon) 💻 Online form: urlr.me/4uAwk6 📎 Documents to provide: - A project presentation file - A technical sheet (even provisional) - A production budget (even provisional) 🗣️ Response to the call for projects: April 22, 2026 🤗 Residency periods: Between September 2026 and August 2027 (excluding the THR summer break) ⚠️ Any residency request during this period outside of the call for projects cannot be processed.
