You are a Project Manager who excels at organising complex projects, especially when they involve artistic and aesthetic challenges. You have a strong drive to turn our clients’ dreams into reality and always find solutions to every challenge you encounter. With your analytical insights and planning skills, you help the team seamlessly merge art, commerce, and production into unforgettable live experiences. As Project Manager, you are the operational backbone of our projects, ensuring smooth collaboration between the creative team, partners, and suppliers. With the Executive Producer in the lead of a project, you monitor milestones, budgets, and deliverables, keeping every project on track.
Planning.
The Project Manager translates vision into structure, creating clarity for everyone involved.
Translate creative visions into clear, actionable project plans.
Collaborate with the Executive Producer to create milestone-based timelines and deliverables.
Own and drive the planning process, ensuring all stakeholders stay aligned and deadlines are met.
Organize project meetings and advise on capacity needs per phase.
Bring continuity and structure across all operational platforms.
Maintain all project files, folders, and system workflows.
Finances.
Keeping things on budget, on paper and in sync with reality.
Manage project budgets, track actual spend versus planned, and keep finances aligned with reality.
Handle purchase orders, vendor coordination, and support financial flows under the Executive Producer’s guidance.
Assist with project closure and final budget reconciliation.
Manage ERP systems to ensure smooth operations.
Producing.
Connecting creative ideas with real-world execution, the backbone of every well-run production.
Bridge the gap between creative ideas and real-world execution.
Support Creative Producers and the Art Director in delivering projects within scope.
Be the key contact for suppliers regarding schedules, finances, and admin.
Flag risks and blockers early and work proactively on solutions.
Manage all production logistics: crew catering, technical riders, travel arrangements, accommodations, and more.
Our wishlist.
We are looking for a Project Manager with the following traits.
Proven experience in the role of Project manager/ Event manager
Expert when it comes to project scopes, planning, procurement and ensuring on time delivery of work
You are able to balance the business aspects with the creative process
You are familiar in the event industry and feel comfortable within its demanding, international and dynamic character;
You keep your calm, even in stressful situations and are able to juggle multiple tasks and responsibilities with ease
Experience in ERP systems like GRIPP and project management tools like Asana
Outstanding communication skills, in English/ Dutch
