Description:SummaryThe Production Manager will oversee the management of the creative teams, OC Production staff, the design process and enact the planning, run, and transfer of OC productions and events. Reporting to the CEO+GD, this position will supervise associated members of the production team. Can be seasonal with full benefits. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree. Experience will be considered in lieu of education. • 2+ years’ experience in production management, technical direction or as a production department head. • Experience working in nonprofit arts organization is preferred. • Strong computer skills, including a thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office and AutoCAD and/or VectorWorks.
