Description:

Secrateb is an Employer Group (EG) serving cultural projects in Normandy. Since 2014, Secrateb has been creating part-time jobs with its co-employer members to develop or sustain their artistic or cultural projects. Job sharing allows everyone to benefit from the professional skills of an employee according to their needs.

Beyond simply providing qualified personnel, Secrateb experiments with any initiative likely to promote the quality of work in the cultural sector. The EG supports its members in the "employer role," as well as its employees in developing their skills and maintaining job stability. It also acts as a third-party mediator and a link between employers and employees to develop, build, and improve employment relationships.

Around forty members have joined Secrateb, including theater and dance companies, regional agencies, artists' or musicians' collectives, cultural venues, and structures supporting artistic creation. Several cultural sectors are represented: contemporary music, live performance, visual and digital arts, architecture, and heritage. Secrateb

pools positions in the cultural sector for non-artistic functions. Today, part-time jobs include administrators and production managers; maintenance workers; administrative assistants; payroll managers, accountants; and communications officers. More information on: www.secrateb.org
