We're seeking a talented individual who possesses: Formal musical qualifications, exceptional proficiency across a broad musical spectrum (especially pop, rock, and musical theatre), coupled with an extensive repertoire. Proven experience as a band leader, ideally within a cruise ship environment, is highly valued. You must demonstrate confident piano skills, including sight-reading and interpreting lead sheets with chords. Expertise as a vocal coach and accompanist for singers is essential.
