Mid-sized contemporary ballet company looking for both male and female dancers for its 2022/2023 Season.

Now entering its thirteenth season, Denver’s ZIKR DANCE ENSEMBLE has established a well-recognized and unique prominence within the Rocky Mountain region. Zikr explores dance as a means of transcendence. Inspired by dance rituals from numerous cultures and religions from around the world and throughout history, Zikr creates original, multi-media dance/theatre realizations based on metaphysical concepts that employ stunning projections, costumes and set designs. The company annually presents both a Spring and Fall Season in the metro area, featuring a major world premiere, along with numerous outreach activities. Denver performances are supplemented with touring to smaller, more rural communities throughout the region through its highly successful “Rural Community Tour” project.
