Working closely with, and reporting to, the Head of Development & Communications, the part-time Development & Marketing Officer will play a supporting role in delivering the key objectives of Rambert School.

Development & Marketing Officer Part-time – 0.6 FTE (24 hours a week)
Working closely with, and reporting into, the Head of Development & Communications, the part-time Development & Marketing Officer will play a supporting role in delivering the key objectives of the School and more specifically the Development & MarComms teams, which are currently:
• Positioning and promoting the School as one of the foremost and innovative dance schools in the world;
• Attracting and retaining the very best in global student talent by demonstrating the benefits and
· high-quality aspects of our training;
• Communicating the full range of Rambert School activities to new and existing audiences;
• Ensuring cohesive messaging across Rambert School, Rambert Grades and Rambert;
• Increasing outputs in film and on social media;
• Developing voice as an independent HEP;
• Growing contacts with alumni networks and documenting alumni activity on an ongoing basis;
• Broadening base of donors and increasing fundraising targets
£23,000-£25,500 (full time equivalent) 0.6 – 3 days (24 hours) per week
