Description:We are a small and growing circus school based in Victoria BC Canada seeking a recreational head coach to instruct both kids and adults. We are looking for someone who will assist us in growing our recreational program, and as the level of the students progresses, the ideal candidate would also possess the skills to move into instructing students at a pre-professional level.- Starting salary $20-25 / hour - 20+ hours per week - The ideal candidate will have a teacher training certificate from ENC (Ecole Nationale de Cirque) or equivalent, or several years of circus specific teaching experience - Basic rigging knowledge - Fluent in english (spoken and written) - The ability to teach a wide range of disciplines (disciplines taught in our studio include tissue, aerial hoop, aerial hammock, rope, straps, trapeze, handstands, partner acro, tumbling, juggling, conditioning, chinese pole, stage presence, flexibility, cyr wheel and more).
