Description:Summary of Job: To enhance guest experience by providing first class entertainment through performances. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Attend all required rehearsals Maintain a regular prompt attendance record Be on time for call times, warm ups (both physical and vocal), fight call, mic check, and all outings Be responsible with costumes and props Maintain character and show quality level during every show and outing Must put all items to be washed at night in designated area Responsible for double checking all costume pieces and props upon clocking in Maintain high energy level in all meet and greets and all shows Attend special events inside and outside the park (promotions, photo shoots, etc.) Meet and greet guests before and after shows (shake hands, pose for photos, conversations) Support and promote guest first philosophy Assist with other tasks as needed including cleaning your work area and venue Adhere to park grooming code Hold a genuine smile and friendly disposition in front of all guests Maintain integrity of the show Report any issues to Stage Manager Complete other departmental duties as assigned Skills and Qualifications: Must be at least 16 years of age Must be willing to learn multiple shows Must be willing to perform up to 7 shows a day Must maintain a positive attitude and work environment Must be able to handle stress and pressure of a high and fast paced theater Must be able to lift up to 60 lbs. Must be willing to adapt to shows as necessary Must be willing to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays Must be willing to use proper microphone care Must be in good physical condition Must be willing to work outdoors in various weather conditions Must be professional, self-motivated, the ability to multi-task and have an enthusiastic attitude Must have strong teamwork skills and the ability to work with others Other Functions: All other duties assigned or necessary to support the park as a whole.
