Compensation: $20 / hour

Schedule:

-Part Time
-Minimum 2 hour shifts at our front desk, with a minimum of 2 days per week
-Maximum of 5 days per week

Kansas City Aerial Arts has been teaching aerial and fitness classes since 2013, located in Town Center Plaza, of Leawood, KS. We offer a unique and fun experience in a circus-like atmosphere.

We are looking for a part time customer service representative to assist clients with selecting services , scheduling, payment processing and billing.

You will be responsible for effectively communicating with clients via email, phone and in person. This includes processing in person orders at the front desk and online orders via phone and email.

Qualifications:

Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Comfortable working with technology and learning new software

Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings

Aerial or fitness experience is a plus, but not required
