Job Summary
Stomp Productions is looking for a Company Stage Manager to join the international tour of STOMP. For over three decades STOMP has entertained over 12 million people in more than 53 countries worldwide with its unique blend of rhythm, movement, physical comedy and dance.
Job Description
The Company Manager will be responsible for communication between the performing company, Stomp Productions and local promoters; pastoral care of the company; daily logistical organisation of the production; co-ordinating daily press calls; scheduling, and administrative duties including payroll, petty cash, and organising transport and accommodation. The CSM will also be responsible for compiling box office and show reports and occasionally running shows backstage.
The engagement would be contracted on a short-term employment basis. The starting rate during the probation period will be £1,100 per week for a six-day working week plus a £45 per diem. All travel and hotel accommodation is provided while on tour.

Job Requirements
Previous experience of both company and stage management roles
Previous experience of international touring
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Strong problem-solving skills
IT skills (STOMP uses MS Office)
Strong attention to detail
Awareness of relevant Health and Safety implications of the role
The ability to remain calm and react appropriately in fast-paced environments
First aid qualification a benefit
