CASTING: SEASON SEVEN • CIRQUE DUOS
Belinda King Creative Productions are casting for established cirque duos based in Europe to join brand new productions aboard Color Magic.
Color Magic sails daily from Oslo, Norway to Kiel, Germany.
ROLE REQUIREMENTS
* Seeking fit, trained performers with excellent skills in aerial lyra, straps and adagio.
* Artists must have a commanding stage presence and be able to deliver high-impact, confident performances.
* The ability to engage with the audience is essential.
PERFORMANCE SCHEDULE
There are two casts. Each cast performs onboard for 30 days, followed by 30 days break off of the ship – from September 2025 to September 2026.
There are two main-stage productions and performances take place every day.
CONTRACT DATES
CAST 1
Rehearsals + Install: September 2025
Premiere: September 18 2025
End of Contract: September 19 2026
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
* Previous professional experience, working together as a duo.
* in the Schengen Area and/or European Union and/or the right to work within the Schengen Area.
* Fluent in English.
* Age 21+.
TERMS + CONDITIONS
Artists benefit from excellent terms and conditions, including:
ONBOARD
* Contractor / Guest Entertainer Status (not Crew).
* Onboard Fee: €130 EUR per day (equivalent to €3,900 EUR per month).
* All artists have their own cabin and all meals are provided.
* No duties, crew drills or IPM.
* Modern productions and bespoke costuming. All cirque equipment is provided.
* Onboard Welfare Programme: access to WiFi, crew gym, chill out lounge with tea, coffee and massage chairs, gaming / movie room, sun deck and laundry facilities.
* Access to the Guest Fitness Centre; which includes a sauna and steam room.
* Contractors are free to undertake work for other companies between assignments.
Please note that all contractors are responsible for their travel to/from the ship. During assignments, the company operates a zero-alcohol policy.
