Description:The Assistant Technical Director (a full-time, non-exempt position), together with the Technical Director, is responsible for all scenery production for all shows and events; communicates and coordinates with other shop personnel and department heads regarding building schedules and the status of construction; and, in the absence of the Technical Director, participates in technical rehearsals and production meetings.The Assistant Technical Director supervises staff and students in scenery construction, assists with purchases, and oversees the purchase and maintenance of equipment and supplies for the scene shop.
