Job Description

The Assistant Production Manager is a hands on, multi disciplinary role at the heart of The Lost Estate's live immersive productions. You'll provide day to day support across production management, onsite operations, and venue oversight - ensuring our shows run smoothly and our spaces are maintained, safe, and revenue generating.

Job Requirements

3+ years in theatrical events, live entertainment, or a similar production environment.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Confident in interpreting and communicating technical production information.
Strong interpersonal skills with experience working across departments.
Financial and budget management experience.
Proven track record in H&S management within a performance or venue setting.
Experience with fit outs and working knowledge of Building Control.
Calm under pressure with strong problem solving abilities.
Flexible and adaptable, open to new processes and creative solutions.
Job Responsibilities
Production & On Site Management

Support the Production Manager during rehearsals and show runs, maintaining a strong daily onsite presence across both our sites
Oversee practical task management, set maintenance, and team coordination throughout production phases.
Maintain and update show bibles and playbooks to ensure accurate documentation.
Recruitment, Contracts & Finance

Assist with outreach to new creatives and production partners.
Draft and process contracts, agreements, and invoices for approval.
Health & Safety / Site Oversight

Implement and uphold H&S policies on site, contributing to ongoing policy development.
Own Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) processes, supporting GMs in site management.
Equipment & Asset Management

Manage, store, and catalogue TLE owned props, costumes, and equipment.
Drive resale and repurposing of unused assets to recoup production costs.
Venue Hire & Secondary Revenue

Promote and manage hire of TLE spaces
