We work in the following performing arts fields: dance, early, classical, contemporary, and improvised music, theatre, puppetry, street and public space arts, circus, spoken word arts, and multidisciplinary forms. Our actions are complementary and reinforce those of the public authorities that support us. Our aims are : to guide, inform, and support venues and professional artistic teams in Normandy with a view to their structuring and dissemination; to promote a balanced cultural and artistic landscape for the benefit of residents; and to contribute to the professional development of those working in the performing arts sector. Who does ODIA serve? Professional artistic teams headquartered in Normandy ; Normandy-based performance promoters ; and Normandy's local authorities. How? To achieve this, our means of action include: support for artistic dissemination, information, access to training, consulting, networking, and many other projects that contribute to supporting performing arts professionals. Our actions are guided by respect for cultural rights as well as the necessary ecological transition. Job Description ODIA Normandie, the Normandy office for artistic dissemination and information, is recruiting an artistic advisor on a permanent contract, at its office in Caen (14). MISSIONS Under the responsibility of the agency's management and in close collaboration with all employees, the artistic advisor will carry out the following missions: • Strategic support and advice to broadcasters and artistic teams within their scope (artistic expressions including: theatre, puppetry, street and public space arts, circus, spoken word arts, and multidisciplinary forms) • Advice regarding financial aid from ODIA Normandie • Processing grant applications from broadcasters and artistic project leaders in Normandy • Leading, co-leading, or contributing to projects implemented by the agency • Professional monitoring related to all their missions • Representing the agency JOB CONDITIONS Position based in Caen (14) Permanent contract (level I) Salary according to the Eclat(s) collective agreement Option 2 health insurance – 60% employer-paid meal vouchers / teleworking policy in effect Desired start date Applications should be submitted by February 2, 2026, exclusively by email with a cover letter and CV to [email protected]. Description of the desired profile SKILLS AND PROFILE SOUGHT: You have acquired significant experience in the design, implementation, or dissemination of projects within artistic teams and/or production and/or distribution venues or public authorities. You possess a solid knowledge of: • the artistic sectors relevant to the announcement, • professional and institutional networks, • the challenges of local public action and cultural policies. You are interested in working with all types of territories (urban, rural, and peri-urban). Proficiency in budget analysis for live performance projects; Driven by a commitment to public service; Strong interpersonal skills; Active listening skills ; Diplomacy/discretion; Teamwork and cross-functional project management skills; Ability to lead meetings and working groups; Excellent organizational skills ; Strong writing and summarizing skills; Proficiency in computer skills (Microsoft 365, Mac and PC environments); Proficiency in English preferred; Position requires significant travel, particularly within the region / Valid driver's license (category B) essential
