CircusTalk is an independent career platform for the circus and performing arts featuring an extensive database of international talent, casting tools, and professional content that inspires, informs, and educates.

We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to help us meet our member acquisition and ad revenue targets. The Sales Manager will be responsible for designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands CircusTalk's customer base and ensures its strong presence in the circus and performing arts industry.

Requirements
We seek a new team member with three+ years of experience working in online sales. The incumbent embraces a strategic, innovative and results-oriented approach. They will work independently to reach sales goals and member acquisition targets, have excellent written and verbal communication skills, and excel at building rapport with creative individuals in the circus and performing arts.

Language skills: Fluency in English required and a second language is a plus (specifically French, Spanish and/or Italian).

Responsibilities
-Drive digital advertising sales and member acquisition and achieve growth by hitting targets
-Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with clients to understand their needs
-Manage customer campaigns and collaborations including ad placement, timelines
-Identify new markets as the company broadens its reach into the performing arts
