Discussion and Practical work.
Event Producers: How you can seriously help through good client management . Gain insight into providing materials in the most useful way. If you already showcall, feel more secure about the process.
For Junior Producers and Project co-ordinators who want to understand more about production from a showcaller perspective.
For theatre stage management to learn about many transferable skills and the differences between the two disciplines.

Role and responsibilities of the showcaller
Challenges for the showcaller of client management, rehearsal time, content delivery. How Producers can easily ease some of this prior to being onsite through client management
Explanation of all the technical departments. What they expect from you and you from them.
Working with screens and presets and the value of also understanding this in hybrid and virtual work
Critical relationship with the producer

There will be some focus on hybrid as being the new normal but this is mainly about core skills.
Putting together a showbook to experience how it feels to prepare and call a short but busy show.
