Silks workshop with Angela Kim ^expired Free

This workshop will focus on the fundamental techniques of Aerial Silks. The workshop will break down and correct techniques in order to safely progress students to more advanced skills. Whether you are looking for a fun way to try Aerial Silks or you are an aspiring aerialist, this workshop will give you a strong foundation to build on for more advanced training and Aerial Silks vocabulary. This workshop is for beginners and intermediates and includes basic instruction, warm up, cool down, etc.

2 sessions available for Beginner level:

Session 1 Saturday, March 3rd from 1 pm to 3 pm $160
Session 2 Sunday, March 4th from 1 pm to 3 pm $160

2 sessions available for Intermediate-Advanced level:

Session 1 Saturday, March 3rd from 3:30 pm to 6:30 pm $175
Session 2 Sunday, March 4th from 3:30 pm to 6:30 pm $175
