For circus artists: skills on one and two arms on straps as well as duo sequences if experienced. 30 sec to 1 min max: images from competitions and/or showcases. Female acrobats: 30 sec max : presentation facing the camera ( name, age, background, motivation to join the cast) Flex: 3 splits, bridge, pike position Strength: rope climb in L sit, 30 sec hold with chin over the bar, 10 leg raises 1 min max in practice: skills on aerial hoop/Lyra or straps or aerial silk/hammock or spanish web 30 secs to 1 min max: danse improv , floor movement.
