About

“Man is a bifurcated being, suspended between what is reasonable and what is untamed.” – Carl Jung "The Bacchae" is a unique tribute to classical theatre, combining tradition with a modern approach to stagecraft. The performance, full of energy and emotion, employing dance, theatre, and circus, transports the audience to a world of ancient dilemmas that still resonate in modern times. The plot revolves around Dionysus' arrival in Thebes, which becomes a pretext for profound questions about the fear of the unknown and humanity's internal division between reason and spirit. The tragedy of this tale unfolds before the audience's eyes, where acrobatic feats and expressive dance become a metaphor for the constant search for balance between the material and spiritual worlds. The performance not only tells the story but also relives it on stage—in every movement, every turn, every acrobatic maneuver. It's a journey to the origins of our civilization, filled with emotion, passion, and tension. Every moment of this performance forces us to reflect on our contemporary role in the world—between composure and savagery, rationality and madness.
