Passionate and trained dancer with a variety of styles. I began ballet at the age of three and completed the RAD syllabus up to grade 7, achieving distinctions in all my exams. I picked up jazz, commercial, hip-hop, contemporary, and heels several years later, alongside other performing styles, including circus silks. Therefore, resulting in 19 years of versatile, well-trained dance experience. I also have experience in aerial silks, with a little experience in aerial hoop too.
Otago Dancers: Official NBL Dancer (New Zealand Basketball League)
Performed courtside at professional basketball games, particularly in commercial style. Also engaging directly with fans and crowds.
Selected to represent the team at national events including New Zealand rugby matches for the All Blacks, and the country’s official Pride celebration.
Gained experience dancing in high-profile, high-energy stadium environments and prominent New Zealand stages.
Otago Dance Association: Jazz and Hip Hop Troupe affiliated with the University of Otago.
Performing at national business and medical award shows/ galas.
Competed in Impact Dance and NZDA competitions.
Cast as ‘Cato’ in Hunger Games for the 2022 Otago Showcase, primarily in a jazz fusion style.
Growing up I also performed in local dance productions with my home dance company, appearing at venues including Theatre Royal Drury Lane and the Rose Theatre, where I also performed aerial silks with Circus Suburbia.
