Raphaela Walsh -Circus Gremlin

I have been training circus for about 5 years in total and in the last 3 I have been working towards going fulltime. In 2019 I completed my Circus Degree at Whitireia Polytechnic in Wellington, New Zealand. Previously I studied 1 year at Jazz School in Christchurch, New Zealand specialising in vocals. I specialise in Corde-Lisse, Clowning and Duo Rope. However I am also comfortable with Chinese pole, Swinging Pole, Shiny Pole, Aerial Silks, Aerial Trapeze, Duo Trapeze and Stilt walking. Along with Circus arts my passions involve singing and outdoor adrenaline based activities. I have performed as part of Whitireia Circus course's shows Pulse, We Are and Behind the yellow door, Circotica circus school, Altearoa, The circus hub stage at Newtown festival, circus hubs Raw showcase and the high flyers show at the circus trust. I am excited to get out into the industry and travel and train around the world in the future. I’m interested in Aerial rope and clown conventions, workshops, and performances opportunities.
