CHANG currently resides in Luxembourg. She contributes to the international circus scene and choreographic creation through independent curations, publications, and discussions.

Between 2017 and 2021, she was Head of International Partnerships at Weiwuying's Artistic Planning and Production Department specializing in institutional strategic cooperation, curation of Taiwan Dance Platform and Weiwuying Circus Platform, and planning of related cross-disciplinary programs.
