My name is Albert Amores, I am 20 years old, and I am from Spain. I started practicing Pole Sports at the age of 10, which sparked my passion for movement and performance. At 16, I began my journey into the circus world, training in disciplines such as Aerial Straps, Aerial Hoop, and Chinese Pole, while developing a particular focus on Aerial Pole, which has become my main discipline.
Over the years, I have had the opportunity to compete in several international Pole Sports competitions and have been fortunate to achieve the title of World Champion on multiple occasions. These experiences have helped me grow both as an athlete and as a performer.
I have also been privileged to participate in renowned circus festivals around the world. At the 43rd edition of the Festival Mondial du Cirque de Demain, I received the Troupe Acrobatique de Chine Prize and the Cirque Phénix Prize. At the Salieri Circus Award, I was honored with a Gold Medal and the Circus Smile Special Prize. I also took part in the FIRCO International Circus Festival, where I received a Silver Medal, the Audience Award, and the Cirque du Soleil Prize.
Throughout my career, I have had the chance to collaborate with talented artists, directors, and production companies, including Circo Raluy Legacy, Les Farfadais, Luca Tommassini, Maxime Girard, and the Festival International du Cirque de Monte-Carlo. Each of these experiences has allowed me to learn from incredible professionals and broaden my perspective as a performer.
I have also appeared on television productions, including Britain's Got Talent, and participated in special events for RAI.
Currently, I am part of Cirque du Soleil ECHO. Being able to work in an environment surrounded by talented and dedicated people is something I truly value and appreciate.
I am grateful for every opportunity I have received throughout my career. The circus and performing arts community has introduced me to inspiring individuals from many different backgrounds, and their passion and commitment continue to motivate me to keep learning, improving, and enjoying what I do every day.
