This prominent performing arts organization in Oman is seeking a versatile dance professional to join its vibrant team. This unique opportunity combines performance, instruction, and business development, aimed at expanding the regional footprint of the company. Based in Muscat, a city known for its safety, stunning scenery, year-round sunshine, and cosmopolitan lifestyle, the role offers tax-free living. Responsibilities include delivering exceptional dance instruction across a wide age range, from toddlers (3+) to youth, corporate clients, and adults, including engaging nightlife activities. The successful candidate will also be instrumental in managing studio operations and driving client acquisition and growth initiatives. Expertise in diverse dance styles is required, including Urban, Commercial, Contemporary, Heels (for women), Acro, Afro, Salsa & Latin. Proficiency in other styles such as Ballet, Ballroom, or Bellydance is also highly valued. Beyond the studio, the role involves representing the company at prestigious events, hotel showcases, and festivals throughout Oman and the broader GCC region, which may include evening commitments. Candidates should possess formal dance training and a proven track record of professional experience. In return, the company offers a competitive compensation package, including a monthly tax-free salary of 420 Omani Rials.
