An esteemed regional theatre is seeking exceptional triple-threat performers for its upcoming production of the iconic Broadway musical, 'A Chorus Line.' This highly anticipated show is set to open the 2026–27 season, offering a unique opportunity to be part of a Pulitzer Prize-winning masterpiece that delves into the lives and aspirations of dancers vying for a spot in a Broadway chorus. The production will be expertly guided by the acclaimed directorial team of Clare Cooke and Kristi Wink.

Auditions are scheduled for May 16, from 1-4 p.m., at the venue located at 276 W. Center St., in downtown Marion. We are inviting performers aged 16 and older to showcase their talent.

Candidates should arrive prepared for a dynamic audition experience. Please wear comfortable clothing and appropriate footwear suitable for movement, as a dance call will be included. Each auditioner must prepare a one-minute solo piece. A professional pianist will be provided for accompaniment; recorded tracks are strictly not permitted. Additionally, performers may be asked to read selected excerpts from the script.

We are actively seeking strong dancers, singers, and actors to fill both featured and ensemble roles. Key featured roles include, but are not limited to, Cassie, Diana, Sheila, Val, Zach, Larry, and Paul.

Performances are slated for July 10-12, taking place on the main stage of the venue. 'A Chorus Line' is a timeless musical that captures the intense emotion and personal stories behind the audition process, featuring unforgettable numbers like “What I Did for Love” and “One.”
