Trainee Producer

6 month part-time contract*, 2.5 days per week

*With a possibility to become a permanent contract.

Salary: £23,000 pro rata + the cost of any access requirements

Activate believe extraordinary moments connect and uplift us all. Our mission is to create opportunities for everyone through the performing arts. We have created a new role in our team for a Trainee Producer to help grow our community engagement and to make new connections with Dorset creatives.

Working with our Producing Team, you’ll assist us in our community engagement and work with people from a range of backgrounds, connect with early career creatives in Dorset and offer them support. In return, we'll provide an external mentor for you, plenty of training opportunities for your professional development and a friendly team to work alongside.'
