An acclaimed entertainment production company, in collaboration with a renowned leisure partner, is seeking exceptional circus talent for an enchanting touring production. Set to captivate audiences across the UK in summer 2026, this production, titled 'The Mad Hatter's Circus', invites performers to step into a world of wonder. We are actively seeking dynamic solo performers or duos to embody key roles, including the enigmatic 'Cheshire Cat' and the swift 'White Rabbit'. Both roles require outstanding circus artistry. Ideal candidates will possess advanced proficiency in various circus disciplines such as hula hoop, contortion, acrobatics, hand balancing, Cyr wheel, chair balancing, skateboarding, juggling, and poi. Performers with unique and extraordinary specialty skills not listed are also warmly encouraged to apply. Beyond a primary discipline, artists will be expected to integrate additional talents, including expressive movement and collaborative partner work, into their acts. Responsibilities for these roles encompass captivating solo circus performances, participation in vibrant ensemble numbers, collaborative circus work, and potential partner work involving dance, lifts, and shared circus artistry. This exciting UK tour is scheduled with rehearsals from Friday, July 3rd to Thursday, July 16th, 2026, followed by performances from Friday, July 17th to Friday, August 28th, 2026. The production will feature five regional casts touring across Scotland, Yorkshire, Wales, the South West, and the South East of the UK. Comprehensive accommodation and travel arrangements will be provided. While a UK driving license is highly advantageous, it is not strictly mandatory. A highly competitive salary package is offered.
