Description:Job SummaryChelmsford Theatre is seeking an experienced, motivated, and multi-skilled Theatre Technician to join our collaborative team and help deliver an exciting programme of touring shows, local productions, and our popular pantomime. A lighting bias for this position is advantageous but not essential. Job Description This role suits someone dynamic and focussed, with a passion for technical excellence and the ability to thrive in a busy environment. Experience across multiple technical disciplines is essential, including lighting, sound, flying, stage management and relevant health and safety legislation. Training and professional development opportunities are available. You'll need excellent communication and organisational skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to problem-solve and prioritise effectively. This is a full-time position, 37 hours per week (annualised hours), including evening and weekends. Benefits include five weeks annual leave plus bank holidays, generous pension, healthcare and ongoing development.
