Description:Job SummaryThis is an exciting opportunity for a Theatre Manager to join our Drama Department. Job Description Full Time Required from November 2025 Salary: £34,000 - £37,000 per annum depending on qualifications and experience This is an exciting opportunity for a Theatre Manager to join our Drama Department. The postholder will be responsible for the management of our 200-seat auditorium, a flexible stage and our professional sound and lighting facilities. The Post holder will be responsible for the maintenance of all lighting, sound and technical equipment in the Theatre, Studio and or areas used for performance-based work. They will also be responsible for the organisation, servicing and presentation of all technical areas. The post holder shall also be responsible for the get-in and get-out of all productions, projects and assessments that take place throughout the year, as part of this the post holder will be required to be part of the recruitment process for freelance technical/design staff. The ideal candidate will be have previous technical understanding and expertise in all areas of theatre management, with a talent for motivating and enthusing young learners to achieve. Due to the nature of the role, the successful post holder will be required to work extended hours on occasion. This would include some weekends and evenings as confirmed with the Director of Drama.
