Job Title: Theatre Director
FSLA Status: Exempt; Part-time
Work Hours: Approximately Monday – Friday, 3:00-6:00 p.m.; 10-12 weeks per show
Position Start Date: August 2024
Salary Range: $3,000 per play

The Benedictine Schools of Richmond seeks a theater director to conduct a fall play and a spring musical at the high school level. This is a part time position and auditions take place in late August or early September with Friday and Saturday shows in early November.

Qualifications
Prior experience directing school productions, particularly at the high school level
Prior acting experience
College degree in a related field preferred
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Ability to communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues
Ability to multitask and collaborate with others.
Flexible work schedule with ability take on increased hours leading up to performances
Support the mission of The Benedictine Schools of Richmond
