Keystone Academy, a K-12 school in Beijing, China, is looking for a Theater Technical Manager for our newly remodeled Performing Arts Center. This full-time role oversees lighting, sound, motorized rigging, and set construction, while co-leading technical rehearsals and mentoring students and volunteers in backstage operations. We+rsquo;re looking for candidates with:
- A degree in technical theatre (MFA preferred)
- 5+ years+rsquo; experience in educational or professional theatre
- Strong skills in rigging, set construction, lighting, and carpentry
- Proven leadership and project management ability
- Native or near native English
- Mandarin Chinese helpful, but not required
