Summary

Crossfade Design seeks recent or May 2025 technical theatre graduate who wants to expand beyond theatre into large scale live events, concert touring and television production. This is an entry level technician position. It is not a touring position but requires travel 5-7 days at a time and approx. 26 weeks per year. Crossfade Design is a turnkey, full service production firm that provides design, equipment, programming and crews. You'll learn about lighting, scenic technology, LED video screens, media servers and programming. Those who master these areas can easily move up to one of our designers and programmers with significant pay increases.
