As part of the Operations department, the Technical Team facilitates the needs of the various programme areas, ensuring that training spaces and equipment are prepared and safe to use.

This varied role covers areas including, but not limited to, technical space preparation, rigging and maintenance of circus equipment, rigging and maintenance of production technical equipment, assisting with policy development, and working on productions, projects and events.

The role would suit a self-motivated individual with an interest in, and experience of, circus rigging techniques, or of the production technical process. They should have the ability to implement practical solutions for the preparation and management of equipment and training spaces and the storage and layout of both rigged and floor-based equipment as well as carrying out regular inspection and maintenance regimes.

Salary: £23,000

Hours of Work: 35 hours per week with a requirement to work occasional evenings and weekends.

Holiday Entitlement: 30 days paid holiday per annum, inclusive of eight Statutory Bank Holidays, increasing by one day per year of service up to a maximum of 35 days per annum.
