Hiring one full-time, year-round technical leadership position, structured as either a Technical Director/Production Manager (Director of Production & Technical Operations) or a Technical Director, depending on the ideal candidate.

The Technical Director/Production Manager carries both the hands-on technical work of building scenery and leading technical execution, and the administrative, budgetary, and logistical work of running our production department, including staffing, scheduling, and departmental budgets. Pay: $105,000–$115,000.
