As the Technical Director, You’ll oversee all technical aspects of our shows, ensuring seamless execution and creating memorable experiences for our audiences.
• Collaborate closely with directors, designers, and production teams to translate artistic visions into practical technical solutions.
• Manage and supervise the construction, installation, and maintenance of sets, props, lighting, sound, and special effects.
• Coordinate load-ins, tech rehearsals, and strike processes.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and industry standards.
• Budget and resource management for technical elements.
• Mentor and lead a team of technicians and crew members.

Requirements

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Theater Production, Technical Theater, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience in technical theater, preferably in a leadership role.
• Proficiency in CAD software, lighting design, rigging, and stagecraft.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
