We are seeking a dedicated Talent & Movement Scout to help us find, connect with, and curate extraordinary dancers and performance artists for a series of cinematic productions. Our work spans ballet, contemporary, lyrical, and interpretive movement — with a strong emphasis on visual storytelling, atmosphere, and narrative.
This role is perfect for someone with an eye for both technical skill and expressive presence — someone who knows where to find emerging or established talent and can support our casting process from outreach to coordination.
Your Key Responsibilities
Scouting Talent: Research and connect with dancers across styles (ballet, contemporary, jazz, modern, etc.) and regions — primarily Europe-based but open to global outreach.
Curation: Help identify the right performer based on creative direction, mood, and narrative — supporting casting decisions with links, portfolios, and background.
Outreach & Communication: Initiate contact with agencies, dance companies, freelance performers, or training institutions; send briefs and follow up on responses.
Shortlisting & Booking Support: Coordinate availability, collect visual materials, and assist in the selection process; optionally help with booking and logistics.
Database Creation: Maintain a growing internal database of suitable performers, with notes, style tags, and video references.
Trend Insight: Share insights on emerging talent, movement trends, and performance art developments.
Who We’re Looking For

Background:
Experience in casting, talent scouting, production coordination, or dance/theatre programming
Knowledge of movement styles and ability to distinguish technical quality and stage presence
Skills:
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Confident in approaching talent and building professional rapport
Strong organizational and research skills

Experience working in performing arts, dance institutions, or artist management
Familiarity with casting or production software/tools
